An Unconventional Luxury Experience
I am often asked, “Do you have a place where I can get away from it all that is easy to get to?” This has been a challenge because there are beautiful properties, but often hours from major cities and airports. Until now.
In the Texas Hill Country, less than an hour from either Austin or San Antonio airports we have discovered Collective Hill Country Retreat.
Here you can sleep in a tent and still have modern comforts rooted in authentic Texas taste along with five-star hospitality.
Each tent offers:
King bed or two single beds
1,500 thread-count linens, down comforter, and designer-curated blanket
Electricity and ample bedside sockets to charge gadgets
Private, en suite bathroom with shower, full flush toilet, and hot running water
Complimentary daily breakfast and campfire s’mores kit
Wood-burning stove for heat
Environmentally-friendly spa bath products, spa robes, and plush Turkish towels
Guest can do as little or as much as they like during their stay. Activities include:
Scooter & Vespa rentals
Electric bike tours
I love that the property is remote, but still close to the town of Wimberley so if you do want some local interaction you can enjoy restaurants, wineries, art galleries and musical venues. If you don’t want to leave the property picnic lunches, farm to table dinners and BBQ boxes can be arranged on-site.
Who is this experience for?
Couples looking for some quiet time to relax and explore
Girls or guys getaways
